Alex is a cinematographer and filmmaker born in Hampshire, England. His work focuses on creative and experimental narrative films. He teaches in the school of cinema at San Francisco State University
Lori is a writer and visual artist. Based in New York City since 1995 when she began her doctoral studies at Columbia University (Ed. D. 2001), she often lectures on arts and creativity-related topics. As a visual artist, she is the recipient of the Pollock-Krasner fellowship, Jerome and Puffin Foundation Awards, and numerous international residencies. Dr. Kent was a Fulbright fellow at the Jan Matejko Academy (Krakow, Poland) and a National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) fellow at Stanford University.

Amy Neilson Smith
Amy is a poet, performance artist, playwright, actress and educator, residing in England – set to return to Gai Saber as Poet in Residence, 2017 – before continuing on to Barcelona and New York, touring with the precariously ludicrous Poetry Brothel, London. She is developing the Spoken Word Education Program at Goldsmith’s for visually impaired students. Her debut collection Dark Matter explores the thin line between lust and destruction.
